We recently used Dixon Build + Renovate to renovate my grandmother's home that was extremely damaged and abused from renters. The contractor/owner Lance was compassionate and listened to our wants and needs to bring the house back to the beautiful cottage home it was intended to be. It's hard to find the words to describe the quality of work and the integrity in today's business environment that Lance demonstrates. The finished results are beyond amazing. We will definitely only use Dixon Build for any future home or renovation needs.

Dixon Build + Renovate is absolutely the best contractor I have ever hired. Lance sent pictures and text messages frequently with project progress and would always respond to questions and concerns any day of the week. 

Lance was literally a life saver! After a nightmare of an experience with our first contractor, Lance graciously took over our project, which included adding on a garage and a second floor to our 1940’s Plaza Midwood Bungalow. We had called many contractors and almost all of them were unwilling to take on a project that had already been started (with many problems) by someone else. Lance not only took the job but he also handled our apprehensiveness about contractors so well. He restored our faith in the industry and helped us to trust the process again. He was always on top of things, from scheduling subcontractors quickly, to making sure inspections were called in asap.  He took care of many complicated legal matters and inspection and paperwork issues due to the previous contractors faulty work. His subcontractors did high quality work and if anything needed more attention or repairing he listened and made it right. Lance wants to get the job done well and just as quickly as the homeowner. We highly recommend Dixon + Build Renovate!
