We recently used Dixon Build + Renovate to renovate my grandmother's home, which was extremely damaged and abused by renters. The contractor/owner Lance was compassionate and listened to our wants and needs to bring the house back to the beautiful cottage home it was intended to be. It's hard to find the words to describe the quality of work and the integrity in today's business environment that Lance demonstrates. The finished results are beyond amazing. We will definitely only use Dixon Build for any future home or renovation needs.

Dixon Build + Renovate is absolutely the best contractor I have ever hired. Lance sent pictures and text messages frequently with project progress and would always respond to questions and concerns any day of the week.

Lance was literally a lifesaver! After a nightmare of an experience with our first contractor, Lance graciously took over our project, which included adding a garage and a second floor to our 1940s Plaza Midwood Bungalow. We had called many contractors, and almost all of them were unwilling to take on a project that had already been started (with many problems) by someone else. Lance not only took the job, but he also handled our apprehensiveness about contractors so well. He restored our faith in the industry and helped us to trust the process again. He was always on top of things, from scheduling subcontractors quickly to making sure inspections were called in asap. He took care of many complicated legal matters and inspection and paperwork issues due to the previous contractor's faulty work. His subcontractors did high-quality work and if anything needed more attention or repair he listened and made it right. Lance wants to get the job done well and just as quickly as the homeowner. We highly recommend Dixon + Build Renovate!

Phenomenal experience. We had talked with 15+ contractors prior to finding Lance. He helped us build an in-law suite above our detached garage and a pool house that extended off of the back. In total, about an extra 1000sqft of living space. This included new electrical and plumbing that had to be brought out. The entire process was very smooth. He is very honest and transparent, and had excellent communication throughout the process. His pricing is affordable and very fair. His subcontractors were equally respectful and hard working. Any time there was an issue that he ran into, he notified us about it and took care of the problem without us having to do anything. He was able to advise us and steer us in the right direction on selections and configurations that we had to decide upon. The entire project finished quicker than I had anticipated. The final product is amazing. We also had a pool constructed concurrently, and he was able to coordinate and work with the pool company without any issues.
